Welcome to the Night Zone Dropshipping Programme. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for approved dropshipping partners. By applying for a dropshipping account or placing an order through the Night Zone Dropshipping Portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Dropshipping Accounts
Dropshipping pricing is available exclusively to approved Night Zone dropshipping partners.
All applications are subject to review and approval.
Night Zone reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend or terminate any dropshipping account at its sole discretion.
Approved partners are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date.
2. How Our Dropshipping Service Works
Our dropshipping service allows approved retailers to sell Night Zone products without holding stock.
The process is as follows:
Your customer places an order on your website or marketplace.
You place the order through your approved Night Zone dropshipping account.
You enter your customer's delivery address during checkout.
Night Zone picks, packs and dispatches the order directly to your customer.
Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.
3. Minimum Order
There is no minimum order quantity for approved dropshipping accounts.
Partners may purchase from a single item upwards.
4. Dropshipping Pricing
Approved dropshipping partners receive access to exclusive trade pricing.
All dropshipping prices displayed on the Night Zone website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Night Zone reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time an order is placed unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
Night Zone reserves the right to cancel any unpaid order.
6. VAT
Night Zone is VAT registered in the United Kingdom.
VAT is charged in accordance with current UK legislation.
A VAT invoice will be issued to the registered dropshipping account holder for every completed order.
VAT invoices are not included inside parcels delivered directly to customers.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods transfers upon successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate before placing an order.
8. Packaging
Orders are dispatched directly to your customers using plain and professional packaging.
Wholesale pricing, invoices and trade documentation are never included inside customer parcels.
Products may be supplied in Night Zone branded or manufacturer packaging depending on the product ordered.
9. Stock Availability
All products are offered subject to stock availability.
While Night Zone aims to maintain accurate inventory levels, stock availability may change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
10. Returns & Customer Issues
Due to the nature of dropshipping, Night Zone does not accept returns for:
Change of mind.
Incorrect ordering by the retailer.
Unsold stock.
Customer preference where the product supplied matches the order description.
Returns or replacements will only be authorised where:
Night Zone has supplied the incorrect product.
Goods have been damaged during transit.
A genuine manufacturing fault has been confirmed.
Any shortages, damaged goods or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence may be required before a claim can be assessed.
Night Zone reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approving a replacement or refund.
11. Retailer Responsibilities
Approved dropshipping partners are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate product listings.
Ensuring product descriptions are not misleading.
Providing accurate customer delivery information.
Managing customer service and communication with their customers.
Complying with all applicable consumer protection and distance selling laws.
12. Product Information
Whilst every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate, slight variations in colour, packaging or product design may occur due to manufacturing improvements, photography or screen settings.
Night Zone reserves the right to update product specifications without prior notice.
13. Intellectual Property
All Night Zone logos, product images, product descriptions, graphics and marketing materials remain the property of Night Zone.
Approved dropshipping partners may use authorised Night Zone content solely for the purpose of promoting and selling genuine Night Zone products.
Content must not be altered in a misleading manner or used for any unlawful purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
Night Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or business losses arising from the purchase, resale or use of our products.
Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order.
Nothing within this policy limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. Amendments
Night Zone reserves the right to amend this Dropshipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be published on the Night Zone website.
