How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your preferred size and colour, add your items to the basket and proceed to our secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at homefurnishing@hotmail.co.uk.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your confirmation email is sent immediately after placing your order. If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

🚚 Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We offer FREE Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) on all UK orders. Express Delivery is also available for £3.99.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes. Express Delivery costs £3.99. Place your order before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

What is your returns policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.

How do I return an item?

Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and other secure payment methods available during checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Every transaction is protected using Shopify's secure encrypted checkout, ensuring your payment details remain safe and confidential.

Can I pay using Klarna or Clearpay?

If these payment options are available at checkout, you can choose them during the payment process. Availability may vary depending on your order and eligibility.
